1. Acceptance
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Research Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institution capable of safely handling research use only compounds.
3. Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are NOT drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are NOT intended for human or veterinary consumption, injection, inhalation, or topical application.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Payment must be completed via the method offered at checkout (currently Zelle). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping state where applicable. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes outside the United States.
6. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of research compounds, products cannot be returned once shipped except in cases of damage during transit or shipping error.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, product photography, and the BioHelix owl mark are the property of BioHelix Prime Labs LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Release of Liability
You expressly release, hold harmless, and indemnify BioHelix Prime Labs LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from the purchase, handling, misuse, or any use of products purchased from this site. You assume full responsibility for your use of the products and for compliance with all applicable laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are sold "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any compound is safe or effective for any therapeutic use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioHelix Prime Labs LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
