Manual payment orders are reviewed and processed manually by our team. Confirmation emails are typically sent within 15 minutes of payment being received and verified. Please also make sure to check your spam folder. However, processing may be delayed if you forgot to include your order number in the payment memo. To avoid delays: always include only your order number in the memo. Do not include any other notes or descriptions in the memo field.
