Orders paid via Zelle are typically confirmed within 15 minutes and processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping method
We ship domestically within the United States via USPS or UPS with tracking. Cold-sensitive compounds are packed with insulation appropriate for transit.
Shipping cost
A flat $9.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $249.99. Orders of $249.99 or more ship free within the U.S.
Transit time
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is marked shipped. You can also view tracking in your account under Order details.
International
At this time we do not ship internationally.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at your expense.
